William Otis Passed away.

One of the original members of Real Property Appraisals (formerly Otis and Associates) passed away at the age of 86. Bill died on January 1st 2010 leaving behind a lasting legacy that will not soon be forgotten.

RPA is officially moving to 13911 Gold Circle, Suite 310 in Omaha. Our phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same.

Added this month to the website is a new Sale of the Month (the old Wohlner's buildings on 52nd and Leavenworth) and a new section called Green Buildings. The Green Building's section will focus on the emerging green sector in our local market. The section isn't complete yet - expect it up and running sometime in September. 8/09

Jim Daly has officially retired from the business after 30+ years in the appraisal industry. The office will never be the same without his blow darts, duck calls, and breakfast burritos. We wish him well in his retirement. 6/09
