Joseph Dizona, Jr. (Joe), is General Certified Appraiser and President of Real Property Appraisals, P.C. He has been a Real Estate appraiser Since 1973. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate. Joe has 35-years of appraisal experience in all types of real estate and he has performed in a consultant capacity for several organizations over the years. He has served as a qualified expert witness in various District and Federal courts in the area. He has presided as guest speaker at various appraisal seminars and has taught appraisal class at local real estate schools.

Nicholas Dizona is General Certified Appraiser and Vice President of Real Property Appraisals, P.C. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has his undergraduate Degree (BSBA) in Business Management / Masters Degree in MIS. Nick has been featured on the Grow Omaha radio show on 1110 KFAB and has experience in a wide range of property types. He has been called as an expert witness in a wide range of cases.

Barbara Ramm

Barbara Ramm (Barb) is a General Certified Appraiser. Barb graduated from Kennesaw State University, Marietta, Georgia in 1992 (Summa Cum Laude) with A Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She has been an independent fee appraiser since 1988. Barb has done contract work with our firm for over 10 years and specializes in health care facilities including nursing homes and hospitals.
